Triton Diving Llafranc

Triton Diving is located in the town of Llafranc, on the Costa Brava, 50 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the port.

We have everything you need for safe and comfortable dives:

• Equipment washing area with cold water shower.
• Petra's hut: changing rooms with an indoor and an outdoor hot water shower.
• Relaxation area in front of the center where you can rest and discuss the dive with your companions.
• A van for transporting the material to our boats (distance to the port: approximately 5 minutes on foot).

We have two boats:

• The Tritona: a spacious and comfortable 10-meter-long vessel. It has a capacity for 26 divers and is equipped with a dive ladder, oxygen, first aid kit, depth sounder, GPS, and bottle rack.
• The Bomerang: a 7.5-meter semi-rigid boat with a 250 HP engine. A powerful vessel that will take us to the most remote dive sites in just a few minutes. It has a capacity for 12 divers and is equipped with a dive ladder, oxygen, first aid kit, GPS, and bottle rack.

What does the activity include?

Instructor, boat trip, full scuba diving equipment, insurance and Try Scuba SSI digital recognition card.

• Duration: 2-3 h.
• Minimum age: 8 years.
• Maximum depth: 5 meters.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, swimsuit and towel, water, sunscreen and camera (optional).

Important: People with asthma, epilepsy, lung disease, heart disease, perforated eardrums, diabetes, or vascular disease must present a specific diving medical certificate to participate in the activity. Pregnant women or people who have suffered a pneumothorax cannot participate in the activity.

Diving trips

Enjoy a wonderful experience with our diving trips in Llafranc, in one of the most privileged locations on the Costa Brava.

We have numerous diving spots between Cap de Begur and Palamós:

• Els Ullastres, a 5-minute boat ride away.
• Montiell, Canons de Tamariu, Furió d'Aigua Xelida and the Illes Formigues, about 15 minutes away.
• Boreas and Furió Fitó, in Cap de Begur, about 35 minutes away.

Our center selects the location based on the weather, the group's experience, and their interests.

The boat is located just 300 meters from the entrance of the premises. We'll take care of transporting your equipment by van, while you walk to the port.

Biosalidas

Bio-exits are a new type of diving excursion from Triton, designed to help people learn more about marine ecosystems.

It's a way to get closer to the oceans and give them value so we can take care of them.

If you are a group of 10 or more people, you can book a bio-outing.

Choose the topic that interests you most, and before entering the water, a PowerPoint presentation will be given. We'll explain what organism it is, its habitat, how it reproduces, and any other interesting facts that might be of interest to the participants. Afterward, we'll conduct an underwater activity to observe what was explained during the presentation. Once the dive is over, we'll discuss what we saw and address any questions or comments that may have arisen.

Triton Talks

Triton Talks are lectures given by experts on a variety of topics, many of them related to the sea. They will take place at the dive center on select summer evenings around 6 pm, and are free and open to everyone.

Other activities

Sunsets on the boat

From our center, we offer you a new experience for summer evenings. It consists of five different activities related to theater, music, and visual arts, which we will enjoy on a relaxing boat trip aboard our vessel, the Tritona.

This cultural and recreational activity, lasting approximately an hour and a half, will be experienced firsthand by a limited number of people, alongside the artists. It's a new way to discover the Costa Brava landscape as the sun sets. We'll accompany it with a glass of Corpinnat, courtesy of the Gramona winery.

Coastal route with snorkeling

Boat trip along the coast + snorkeling. For those who want to visit the coast from a different perspective and enjoy the small coves, with mask, snorkel and fins.

• Please arrive at the center at the indicated time.
• Duration of the activity: 1 h 30.
• The activity includes: fins, mask and snorkel.
• The departure point may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you may be offered a new date or a refund.
• The trip may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, you will be notified in advance and will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
• You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance and request a date change or refund.
• Failure to show up at the indicated time means the loss of the reservation without the right to a refund.
