Km0 Gastronomic Days in La Ràpita

La Ràpita once again highlights the richness of its territory with the Km0 Gastronomic Days of the Col·lectiu de Cuina Producers, a proposal that invites you to discover local cuisine through menus made with local products, maritime identity and lots of flavor.

During the event, several restaurants in the municipality will offer special menus designed to showcase the best of Ràpita's cuisine. The sea and the Delta will be the main focus, with ingredients such as white shrimp, Ràpita prawns, mussels and oysters from the Alfacs Bay, blue crab, octopus, sea bass, gilthead bream, Delta rice, and wines from the Terra Alta DO.

Each establishment will present its own interpretation of locally sourced ingredients, combining traditional recipes with more creative and contemporary offerings. Rice dishes, fish stews, golden noodles, fresh fish, seafood, elaborate tapas, and homemade desserts will all be part of a gastronomic experience designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace and to discover new nuances of the region.

The event also aims to showcase local producers, key players in this high-quality cuisine. Olive oil, rice, fish, seafood, wines, vermouth, and other products from the Ebro Delta and the Terres de l'Ebre region become the heart of a concept that unites restaurants, farmers, fishing, and artisanal food production.

In addition, participants will be able to enter a draw for a gastronomic menu for two people, completing their experience at the Col·lectiu de Cuina restaurants.
