Ignaciana Larga Verdú - Manresa / Mountain Bike / Gravel / Ebike

Discover the final stretch of the Ignatian Way on two wheels: an experience that awakens all the senses, with the landscapes, cuisine, and heritage that fascinated Ignatius of Loyola more than five centuries ago.

The Ignatian Way is a self-guided GPS route for mountain biking, gravel riding, or e-bikes, approximately 110 kilometers long, covering the final three stages of the Ignatian Way, from Verdú to Manresa, passing through Cervera, Igualada, and the foothills of Montserrat. A sporting experience that allows cyclists to experience the terrain they traverse firsthand. The route has been specifically adapted to be optimal for mountain, gravel, or e-bike riding, avoiding roads and risky areas for participants.

This year, the long route offers two options: a 110-km route with 2,100 m of elevation gain, combining slopes and some easy trails, or the 106-km route with 1,995 m of elevation gain, entirely on slopes and without any technical sections.

The Ignaciana also launches a short version of 46 km and 700 m of elevation gain, starting in Igualada and finishing in Manresa, connecting at the start with the long route. This is a gentle and very accessible option, allowing you to enjoy trails and paths with spectacular panoramic views of Montserrat.

All registrations include a commemorative T-shirt. Additionally, when registering, you can add transportation service (initial or final) and also purchase the official jersey for the 2025 edition.
