Salou hosts a new edition of the Gastronomic Rice Days, a unique opportunity to taste the most delicious menus served by the restaurants of the capital of the Costa Dorada.
Rice is an essential product of the gastronomy of Salou and Catalonia. And it is also a conciliatory element because it is used in kitchens around the world. With this versatile cereal, you can make sushi, Thai rice, a "paella" or a stew; and in each restaurant you will find a unique way of cooking it and representing the culinary diversity and identity of the population.
The objective of the conference is to turn Salou into a gastronomic destination, not only during the high season, but throughout the year.
