Once again, the Aplec del Castell is celebrated in La Llacuna, where there will be activities throughout the day surrounding the fortification of La Llacuna.
The day will begin with a walk to the castle, followed by a guided tour to discover this heritage site and its surroundings. The traditional mass will also be celebrated in the castle church, one of the most deeply rooted traditions of the event.
As is customary, the festivities will continue with a vermouth gathering and sardana dancing, transforming the space into a festive and family-friendly meeting point. The program will culminate with a communal fry-up organized by local groups, reinforcing the community spirit of the celebration.
The Aplec del Castell is one of the outstanding traditional gatherings of La Llacuna and an opportunity to enjoy popular culture, gastronomy and heritage in a privileged natural environment.
