Palau-saverdera
Palau-saverdera is a municipality strategically located between the Sierra de Rodes and the natural area of Los Estanys (Les Llacunes). This allows a wide range of activities to be carried out in the middle of nature, as well as many points of interest to visit, both in a large part of the Aiguamolls del Empordà Natural Park (Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls del Empordà), and in the Cabo de Creus (Cape Creus Natural Park).
Of the many emblematic places to visit, surely the most outstanding are the hermitage of San Onofre and the castle of San Salvador, which due to their location offer us spectacular panoramic views; as well as the hermitage of San Juan, Lombard Romanesque style. The Clock Tower and the Vilamarí Castle are also characteristic of the town.
