Can Jan is an 18th-century farmhouse in the village of Peralada, just minutes from the historic center and the leisure area, such as the Casino and restaurants.

The house

The 290 m² rural house is located in the former farmyard and barn, which have been renovated and adapted for this purpose. The four rooms, which accommodate up to 12 people, are equipped with a full bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Equipment

It features a large living room with a fireplace, a library, and a billiards table. Outside, there's a patio with a children's playground, a garden area, a swimming pool, and covered parking.
