Can Jan is an 18th century farmhouse in the village of Peralada, just a few minutes from the historic centre and the leisure area, such as the Casino and restaurants.

The house

The 290 m² rural house is located in the old farmyard and barn that have been renovated and adapted for this purpose. The 4 rooms available, with capacity for a maximum of 12 people, are equipped with a full bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning.

It has a large living room with fireplace, library and billiards. Outside there is a patio with children's games, a garden area, a swimming pool and covered parking.
