Mas del Joncar Sant Pere Pescador

The farmhouse was built in the 19th century and is currently fully restored and furnished with care. It has five rooms with bathroom, heating, television and air conditioning. Two of the rooms have a terrace. The dining room is very sunny with views of the garden, the living room has a fireplace, television, stereo and board games. In the room on the top floor you can relax reading or simply enjoy nature contemplating our extensive garden.
We also have a swimming pool and children's pool.

Situation

The farmhouse is located in the Alt Empordà region, in the town of Sant Pere Pescador, in Baix Fluvià. The town is about 300 m away and you can go for a walk. Approximately one kilometer away we have the mouth of the Fluvià of great ecological value and the beach that has an extension of 6 km of fine sand dunes. It is one of the few beaches that remain virgin on the Costa Brava.
The path that passes in front of the house is the GR-92 Sendero del Mediterráneo that goes from Portbou to Ulldecona.
