La Pobla de Claramunt
The road Real and the proximity of water became La Pobla de Claramunt, for centuries, a place of passage for merchants and carriers, and favored the paper industry (some mills are still preserved). Today the visitor can find the history of the area in the obligatory visit to the Castle, the best of the Anoia, or just walking through the old town, where the village reveals its past with the public utility, the crosshatched façades, or Pedro de San Procopio, point farewell sentenced to hang by the feudal court.
