Canejan

The municipality of Canejan is located in the Val d'Aran region, which is located in the central Pyrenees and has the peculiarity of being a valley with an Atlantic slope, so its main river, the Garonne, will flow into Bordeaux ( France).
It belongs to the Terçon de Quate Lòcs (administrative division within the Val d'Aran) and is made up of eight villages: Canejan, Moron and Mola, Porcingles, Eth Pradet, Bordius, Campespín, Era Cassenhau and Sant Joan de Toran.
The municipality has an area of about 49 km² and currently has about 130 inhabitants spread over the different towns, some of them uninhabited, and Canejan is the one with the largest population.
