Travessa Pas de la Casa - Encamp
The Travessa Pas de la Casa celebrates its fifth edition, firmly established as one of the major sporting events of the Andorran summer. Considered the highest-altitude trail running race in the country, it combines sport, nature, and a village atmosphere with routes adapted to all ages and levels, from the youngest participants to the most experienced mountain runners.
The main novelty this year will be the Nocturna Solidaria (Solidarity Night Race), a four-kilometer urban race through the streets of Pas de la Casa. The event will have a charitable purpose and will raise funds for associations supporting children with cancer. It will be a festive experience, open to everyone, and with a nightlife unlike that of the usual races.
Children will also have their own space with the Kids option, a free, untimed race through the town center. For families and those wanting to try trail running for the first time, the Estany route offers three kilometers to Lake Les Abelletes.
More experienced runners can choose between the Directa, a six-kilometer race finishing at Coll Blanc; the Antenes, a ten-kilometer race of medium-high difficulty that passes through Port d'Envalira; or the Envalira, the main event. This twenty-two-kilometer course demands good physical and technical preparation and traverses some of the most spectacular landscapes of the Andorran high mountains, passing by Pic Maià and Coll Blanc.
The church square will host the Sports Village and various activities throughout the weekend, while the main start and finish lines will be located on Abelletes Street.
