Guided tour in search of the Bee-eater - Cubelles

A tour of the Cubelles agro-river zone, where we will interpret the landscape and discover diverse species of flora and fauna. The visit will allow you to learn about the history of the municipality, the agricultural practices that are still maintained, and the transformations the territory has undergone.

We will visit one of the most important bee-eater colonies in the Penedès region. This protected species, of African origin, arrives every summer to breed in our municipality.

A unique opportunity to observe a very elusive bird up close. We may also see greenfinches, owls, thrushes, different types of pigeons and, with a bit of luck, rabbits and foxes.

• This activity is for ages 14 and up. We recommend wearing long trousers, trekking shoes, and bringing water.
