"L'Escala dels Llibres" 2026

On the second weekend of March 2026, L'Escala will become a true literary port where publishers, authors and readers will stop over with L'Escala dels Llibres.

Due to the weather forecast for this weekend, most activities will be moved to the Sala Polivalente in l'Escala to ensure the smooth running of the festival and the comfort of the public, participants, and collaborators. Activities such as the opening at Clos del Pastor and the events at Galería Port 25 and Alfolí de la Sal will still take place in their original locations.

L'Escala dels Llibres is an event that combines a book market, book presentations, author talks, literary tours, family activities, and performances, all in emblematic locations throughout the town. Each activity forms part of a common narrative: travel as a vital, creative, and transformative experience.
