Cattus Day in Guissona
Cattus Day returns to the Guissona Museum with a unique day dedicated to the city's most revered feline: the Cattus of Iesso. Blending satire, history, and fun, this celebration has become a must-see event for cat lovers and local culture enthusiasts, with a program full of family-friendly, humorous, and creative activities.
One of the main attractions will be the debut of Cattus's giant version of the Goose Game, a very special take on this traditional game that will invite participants to move along the squares and overcome different challenges. Throughout the afternoon, there will also be creative activities to transform you into a true Cattus fan: nail painting, temporary tattoos, face painting, and craft workshops.
Participants can search for hidden coins in the Cattus, create a personalized Halloween bag, or color a giant Cattus, among other activities. The event combines play, imagination, and fun in an afternoon designed to offer a unique way to discover the museum.
Starting at 7:30 p.m., the Cattus Rave will begin, featuring music, raffles, a photo booth, and a festive atmosphere to bring the day to a close. To fully immerse yourself in the protagonist's world, a dress code is suggested: wear at least one black or dark-colored garment or accessory.
Cattus Day will also have a charitable aspect, with a collection point for food and blankets for the cats of Guissona and La Segarra.
An afternoon to play, create, dress up and celebrate Guissona's most unique cat with activities for all ages.
Don't miss it!
