From May to November, Roses invites you to stop, breathe and reconnect with yourself through the Cicle Dedins, a wellness tourism initiative consisting of a dozen experiences: meditations, yoga sessions, sensory tastings, meditative concerts and rituals of connection with nature.

The activities will take place in unique and inspiring settings, such as the Roses Lighthouse or Punta Falconera.

All the proposals are designed to promote calm, mindfulness and emotional well-being, while you enjoy the privileged landscapes of our surroundings.
