Snail Fair in L'Albi
The long-awaited Snail Fair in L'Albi is back for another year!
The Fair will begin with a day of Fair breakfast and bar organized by the skating club. There will be stops of all kinds, artisanal and local products.
There will also be a tasting of snail tapas in the Portal. The snail tapas made with Carme Ruscalleda 's recipe prepared by Roger Bernat and Joel Moragues and the snails in the gormanda made by the Federation of Peñas del Aplec del Caracol of Lleida, the tapas will be accompanied by bread and wine.
The Blessing of Palms will also be present in the Plaza de la Iglesia y Oficio.
