The fair is a wonderful opportunity to discover artisanal olive oil, crafted with care and dedication. The Priorat region's soil, combined with the Mediterranean climate, provides the ideal conditions for producing high-quality oil. This tradition is passed down from generation to generation, thanks to the involvement of the people who work the land and care for the olive trees.
