Sidamon celebrates a new edition of the Tossal de les Tenalles Race and Walk!

This initiative replaces the former Sidamon Urban Mile and has been promoted by the town council. With the aim of increasing the appeal of this activity and attracting more participants, a change of format has been chosen that promises to be more dynamic and inclusive.

The race will feature two course options, with distances of 10 and 5 kilometers respectively. The 10-kilometer race will count towards the Ponent League, making it even more appealing to athletes seeking ranking points. Simultaneously, a 5-kilometer walk will be held, ideal for those who wish to enjoy the natural surroundings without the pressure of competition. In addition, there will be a children's race for the youngest participants, allowing them to enjoy the sport in a festive atmosphere.

Sidamon, a small village in the Noguera region, is known for its tranquility and natural beauty. Its strategic location makes it an ideal place for those seeking to escape the stress of urban life. In addition to running, visitors can explore the surrounding area, which offers hiking trails and spectacular scenery. The local community is welcoming and always willing to share its culture and traditions with visitors.
