Open day at the Albagés Cooperative mill!
Next Sunday, November 29th, the Albagés Cooperative opens the doors of its mill to bring the process of making extra virgin olive oil closer to everyone in the middle of the season.
During the event, visitors can follow the olive's journey from its arrival at the mill to its transformation into oil: the reception and cleaning of the fruit, the milling, the malaxation, and the extraction. A unique opportunity to see firsthand how a cooperative mill operates and to learn about the hard work of the farmers behind every bottle.
The visit will be complemented by a tasting of new arbequina variety oil, guided by the technicians, to discover its aromas and nuances, and with a tasting of toast with freshly made oil.
