Anchovy salting workshop
Everyone's tried them, but... who really knows how they're made? It's easier than it seems once you know the technique. We'll show you how so you can enjoy your own anchovies in true Roses style.
Dates: July 5, 12, 19 and 26; August 2, 9, 16 and 30.
Guided tour of the fishing port and cooking workshop
Discover the catch in the Bay of Roses with a guided tour of the port, where you'll witness the arrival of the boats and the lively auction at the fish market. Complete the experience with a culinary demonstration and a tasting of Roses' signature dish, suquet de peix (fish stew), prepared by a local chef and paired with wines from the Empordà DO (Designation of Origin).
