Creixell celebrates Cultural Week with lots of activities!
The program begins on Sunday, April 19, with the Sant Jordi celebration in the Plaza Mayor, featuring a family show, books by local authors, and sardana dancing starting at 11 a.m. On Wednesday, April 22, the day includes readings at the Mimara and Ermita residences, as well as children's Sant Jordi workshops at Bibliocreixell.
On Thursday, April 23, Sant Jordi's Day, students from Les Eres school will participate in a literary walk in the morning. The following day, Friday, April 24, the school cross-country race will take place in the sports complex.
On Saturday, April 25, several highlights take place, such as the Taverna dels Sons Celtes at the Casal Municipal and, in the afternoon, the presentation of the Gairó Dragon with children's activities, puppets, games and hot chocolate in the Rambla de les Moreres.
The program continues on Sunday, April 26, with a classical music concert at the Casal Municipal, featuring the recital "Boleros and Other Paths of Love." On Monday, April 27, the Lécxit program celebration takes place at Bibliocreixell, followed by a storytelling session on Tuesday, April 28.
On Thursday, April 30, the cultural week concludes with a puppet show entitled "We Enjoy with Gaudí".
A week full of cultural, educational and recreational activities that invite you to enjoy reading, music and tradition in community.
