Estol Verd Celler (Orien-tast) Rodonyà

ORIEN-TAST is an exciting wine tourism adventure for groups. This activity takes place within the framework of Estol Verd Celler, a winery located in Rodonyà, headed by Sara and Gerard, this family-run agricultural business.

Estol Verd makes organic, minimally-intervention wines from grapes grown in their own vineyards. Sara and Gerard's desire to showcase the wines they make, the way they work and the area where they live gave rise to the idea of ORIEN-CAST.

Orien-tast is a unique hiking experience where you will walk through the vineyards and olive groves of Estol Verd while searching for hidden bottles of wine, discovering the landscape and history of the surroundings.

Along the route, there is hidden wine at three points. The group must find the wine and taste it surrounded by vineyards. To be able to follow the route correctly and discover where the wine is, an app is available that must be downloaded to the mobile phone.

Before starting the Orien-tast, Sara or Gerard will welcome you, explain how the activity is done, and give you all the essential material to be able to taste their wines. It is ideal for the whole family, as the little ones will also find a treasure for themselves.

There are three routes, the Sumoll route, the Xarel lo route and the Syrah route, each with different characteristics but equally immersive in the agricultural landscape of Estol Verd. They can be done throughout the year as the vineyard and the landscape change in each season of the year, taking on certain shades and colours depending on the time of year.

SUMOLL WINE TOURISM ROUTE

This circular route is approximately 3 km long and is suitable for everyone, including families with children (although it is not suitable for pushchairs). The route starts at the Castell de Rodonyà and ends at the Estol Verd winery. When you arrive in Rodonyà, you can park your car in the village. The meeting point is in the Castell square. Before starting the walk, we will explain what the Orien-tast activity consists of.

Xarel·lo Entourism Route

To do the Orien-tast you only have to want to get to know the landscape of this area of Alt Camp where you will enjoy a rural and agricultural environment that forms a mosaic of vineyards, olive trees and almond trees. And you have to want to try the wines of Estol Verd.
