Immerse yourself in a unique barre experience, surrounded by vineyards and with breathtaking sea views, in the heart of the Serralada de Marina Natural Park. The class is led by Ana Estela Navarro, founder of The Barre Studio.
The Barre Experience
Discover the Barre technique, a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and yoga designed to:
- Improve strength, flexibility, and posture.
- Promote mental concentration and relieve stress.
- Transform everyday stress into positive energy.
The taste of the Mediterranean: after your workout, relax on the terrace of our Wine Tourism Center and enjoy two glasses of wine, cava or grape must.
Practical details:
- We recommend wearing comfortable and appropriate clothing for exercising.
- The class is practiced barefoot.
- You must bring your own mat.
- Don't forget your water bottle to stay hydrated.
