Sung Habaneras de Calafell

The most important groups in the world of habanera music will meet again in Calafell, on the occasion of a new edition of the Calafell Habanera Singing Festival.

This gathering has become an essential event for the genre and the most important in southern Catalonia. Furthermore, it is unique in that it takes place over two consecutive days. The Habanera Singing Festival is known for being open to other musical genres, integrated into the so-called "tavern song," which extends beyond the traditional habanera.
