Sant Roc Festival in l'Hospitalet de l'Infant

L'Hospitalet de l'Infant will be buzzing with fun activities during the Sant Roc Festival!

During these days, streets, squares and beaches will be filled with music, popular culture, family activities and proposals designed to enjoy the festival at any age.

The opening proclamation will kick off a very extensive program, featuring a mascletà (firecracker display), parades, giants, devils, and other elements of popular culture. This year, the schedule has also been adjusted so that the night of August 12th can be enjoyed as a spectacular event: a total solar eclipse.

The festival will have a strong presence in the streets. There will be sardanas (traditional Catalan dances), brass bands, children's shows, dancing, sports tournaments, beach activities, and refreshing options like foam parties, sandcastle competitions, and water activities. Local social clubs will also play a prominent role with their own contests, games, music, and gatherings.

The nights will be filled with concerts, live music, cover bands, and DJ sets. Food will also be featured, with traditional dishes, vermouth, and gatherings designed for people to sit down together and enjoy the festivities.

The Sant Roc tradition will take center stage in the final stretch, with the ascent to the hermitage on foot and by bicycle, religious services, and a communal breakfast. There will also be tributes to the elderly and a massive gathering that will once again bring color and energy to the streets.
