Descent of Fallas in Senet

One night at the end of June, the roads and streets of the town are illuminated by the fire of the fallas that descend from the mountain to form a great bonfire in the center of the town and thus start the party.

Senet prepares the wood a few months before, but makes the fallas and fifteen days before the festival a large pine tree is cut down and planted at the top. This act is known as the lighthouse planting. In this municipality, the lighthouse is located at an altitude of 1,390 meters and offers magnificent views over the town.

And to finish, the lighthouse is lit with the participants who want to go to light their fallas, and go down the mountain creating an impressive path of fire, and once they reach the town, the fallas are thrown on the ground to form a great bonfire and give the party for inaugurated.

To end the party there is a dance at night and a mobile disco.
