Empordà Kitchen and Health Fair in Torroella de Montgrí

The Empordà, Cooking and Health Fair returns to Torroella de Montgrí with a new edition dedicated to promoting healthy, sustainable, and local food.

With a cross-cutting approach that combines gastronomy, health, and family activities, the fair offers a rich and diverse program for all audiences. Highlights include showcooking sessions with leading figures such as Ada Parellada and Arnau París, who will offer culinary demonstrations in Plaça de la Vila. Influencers such as Anna Torelló, Maite Escribà, and Carla Romagosa will also participate, giving talks on nutrition, well-being, and seasonal cuisine. The local produce market on Passeig de Catalunya and the tasting of local products reinforce the commitment to the region and food quality.
