Yoga Session among Vineyards - Art Laietà Winery
Organized by: Celler Art Laietà (Alta Alella)
Connect with your body and mind with a yoga session in a privileged setting: surrounded by vineyards, with sea views and in the heart of the Serralada de Marina Natural Park. An outdoor practice to move, breathe, and enjoy a stunning environment.
The session is led by Déborah Brime, a yoga teacher and body-oriented therapist with over ten years of experience in bodywork and more than eight years supporting individual and group processes. Her approach to yoga integrates body, movement, breath, and awareness, placing bodily awareness and presence at its core.
She is also the creator of El Templo, a multidisciplinary space in El Masnou dedicated to yoga, meditation and the arts, where regular classes, workshops and different cultural proposals coexist.
We will end the day with two glasses (wine, cava or grape juice) and the possibility of enjoying a Mediterranean-style appetizer.
Available dates: Sunday, October 4th and Sunday, November 15th.
Don't miss it!
