Route through the historical memory of Navàs
Don't miss the "Navàs Historical Memory Route (1931-1945)" to explore places steeped in history in the municipality of Navàs!
This urban itinerary will allow you to discover how industrialisation and the sudden increase in population in a town free from the rigidity of an industrial colony encouraged associationism and the formation of two opposing factions (the Cooperative and the Athenaeum), protagonists of a turbulent period during the first third of the 20th century.
The tour places special emphasis on episodes such as the Events of October 6, the Civil War, the murders in the Republican rearguard and Franco's repression.
The itinerary allows us to recover our memories and discover silences and events that deeply marked the life of Navàs, leaving an indelible mark on its identity as a town on the banks of the Llobregat.
