Creixell Carnival

Creixell is getting ready for a Carnival full of color, parades and lots of partying!

On Saturday, February 21st, Creixell will celebrate its Carnival with an intense day designed for young and old to enjoy the street, the costumes and the festive atmosphere that only Carnival knows how to create.

The afternoon will begin with the Children's Carnival, starting at 5:30 p.m. from the Casal Municipal. The parade will fill the streets with joy, and afterwards, the party will continue in the Plaza Mayor with entertainment, a confetti party, and snacks, making the youngest children the stars of this first part of the celebration.

In the evening, at 8:30 p.m., the most anticipated moment will arrive with the Grand Carnival Parade.   which will depart from Avenida Catalunya and travel through several streets of the town, turning Creixell into a stage full of music, creativity and imaginative troupes.

And when the parade ends, the party doesn't stop. Starting at 10:00 p.m., the Casal Municipal will host the 'La Xatarra' Carnival party, a free nighttime event that will last until the early hours. Music, dancing, and a great atmosphere to bring Carnival to a proper close.
