April festivities at the Horta de Sant Joan
The Horta de San Juan celebrates the traditional April Festival one more year!
The April Festival is always celebrated on the first weekend after April 21, in commemoration of one of the miracles of Sant Salvador (he made it rain after a long time of dry weather).
A weekend full of activities including the Quick Painting Contest, an activity to disseminate art among the population and at the same time show the cultural and architectural heritage of Horta de Sant Joan among artists and visitors. All participants must comply with the established bases. The first prize is awarded by the City Council and the rest are awarded by individuals or businessmen in the municipality.
