As children, we were told that monsters didn't exist. That turning on the light would make the Joker disappear; that Freddy Krueger only lived in dreams; and that the girl from The Exorcist was just a movie trick. We grew up. We became adults and buried those fears. But… not forever.

This Halloween, Poble Espanyol sheds its friendly face to open the doors to the second edition of La Zona, the immersive horror experience that has established itself as Barcelona's most extreme event. Welcome to the reunion with your deepest fears. Welcome to the home of your worst nightmares.

Where your worst nightmares dwell

The subconscious is a patient and cruel archive. It stores every sleepless night, every dark corner of the hallway we ran through, and every sinister shadow at the foot of the bed. Some traumas are never overcome; they remain etched in our memory, feeding on our silence and waiting for the precise moment when we become vulnerable again to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

For four nights only (October 16, 23, 30, and 31), a large area of the iconic venue will be completely closed off and plunged into absolute darkness. The faces that shaped our worst nightmares have answered their darkest call. Do not be afraid… they have only come to collect on each of the nights we managed to escape.

To access The Zone, a special ticket is required, which includes access to the tour. At the end of the experience, the survivors can enjoy a space with music, a bar, and food, ideal for relaxing, sharing stories, and having a good time.

Important: This experience is not suitable for everyone.

Access to The Zone is permitted to minors only if accompanied by an adult. The organizers are not responsible for how the experience may affect those under 16, as the activity is highly intense.

Want more? THE EXTREME ROOM AWAITS YOU

The experience will include a secret, high-intensity Extreme Room, hidden along the route, accessible with an additional ticket to The Zone. Visitors with this ticket will be accredited and, at some point, will be separated from their group and led into a claustrophobic room from which they can only attempt to escape.

*Exclusive experience for adults only (ID required). Requires prior signing of a consent form and the use of change of clothes that may get stained or damaged. It is also strongly discouraged for pregnant women, sensitive individuals, vegans, or those with heart conditions, and the organizers are not liable for any reactions resulting from its high intensity.
