Caseres Bacon Fair

Every spring, Caseres hosts the Bacon and Local Products Fair. It's a day filled with all sorts of activities, with pork as the main attraction.

Throughout the day, the old town of Caseres comes alive with a market featuring handicrafts and quality products, as well as demonstrations of traditional trades such as sausage making. Gastronomy takes center stage, with offerings like grilled sandwiches, roast pork, and popular tastings, allowing visitors to savor the most authentic flavors.

The fair also offers a wide range of cultural and family activities. There are traveling street shows, such as the amazing giraffe family, children's activities with inflatables and games, as well as entertainment with the popular "Little Pigs" who roam the fairgrounds. In addition, there are musical performances, parades, and shows such as puppet shows inspired by the legend of Saint George.

One of the highlights is the gathering of inter-regional jota groups, which fills the day with traditional music and dance. There are also food truck areas and designated dining spaces.

The day is completed with activities such as the "Pernil Tast", a popular tasting of ham with Teruel Designation of Origin, and other gastronomic proposals that reinforce the festive and participatory character of the event.
