In the heart of the Vall d'Ora, in the municipality of Navès, Forest Days offers a unique way to discover the Solsonès region: sleep in an explorer's tent surrounded by forest, disconnect from your daily routine, and rediscover the joy of simple pleasures. This glamping accommodation in Catalonia combines the spirit of traditional camping with the comforts needed to enjoy a stay in nature without sacrificing convenience.

Located about 90 minutes by car from Barcelona, Forest Days occupies a five-hectare area of woodland and meadows, where the campsites are distributed in separate spaces to promote privacy and tranquility. It's designed for those seeking silence, adventure, and a more authentic outdoor experience.

Sleeping in an explorer's tent in the middle of the forest

The essence of Forest Days lies in its private campsites, each featuring a 25 m² cotton tent inspired by old explorers' shelters. The tents are decorated with natural materials, coconut fiber rugs, and furnishings that evoke expeditions of bygone eras.

Inside, there's a super-king-size bed with cotton sheets, pillows, a duvet, and towels. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided. During the colder months, the tents have a wood-burning stove, allowing you to enjoy the warmth of the fire as the temperature drops outside.

Each campsite has its own outdoor area, equipped with hammocks, sun loungers, and a wooden table for eating or relaxing. It also has a small cabin with a private, eco-friendly composting toilet.

One of the unique features of Forest Days is that the tents operate off-grid. Lighting is provided by solar lamps, while services requiring electricity are concentrated in the common areas. This way of organizing accommodation encourages guests to disconnect from screens and adapt to the rhythm of the forest.

Common areas for cooking, relaxing and sharing

Despite the independent nature of the camps, Forest Days has shared facilities that make the stay easier.

One of the main spaces is The Forest Camp Kitchen, a rustic-style outdoor kitchen with mountain views. It's equipped with gas stoves and barbecues, tables, and a dishwashing area. Guests can bring their own cooking equipment or rent a kit with the necessary utensils.

Please note that, for fire prevention reasons, cooking is not permitted inside tents or in private areas of the campsites. Meals must be prepared in the communal kitchen.

Another highlight is El Cobert, which offers hot showers, toilets, hairdryers, charging stations for electronic devices, and a selection of books. In the Rebost area, each campsite has an assigned space in the refrigerator. There is also an Honesty Bar serving drinks and light snacks.

To complete the gastronomic experience, the accommodation optionally offers the Esmorzar de Sarró, which is collected in the Rebost to be enjoyed at the camp, and packs of organic meat from Cal Monegal to prepare on the barbecue.

Adventures among rivers, mountains and forests

A stay at Forest Days is also an opportunity to discover the landscapes of Solsonès. The surrounding area offers options for both those who prefer to relax and those who want to spend their days exploring.

The Aigua d'Ora river, with its natural pools perfect for a refreshing dip, is about a twenty-minute walk from the accommodation. The Sant Ponç and Llosa del Cavall reservoirs offer opportunities for water activities such as kayaking and leisurely strolls along the water's edge.

Hiking enthusiasts can explore mountain paths and discover landscapes such as the Busa cliffs, from where panoramic views of the mountains of central Catalonia open up.

Forest Days also offers guided micro-expeditions and helps organize adventure activities. Among the experiences they offer are canyoning, outings to discover wild plants, and vulture watching. This way, each visitor can decide whether they prefer a peaceful stay or more active pursuits.

A getaway to experience nature at a different pace

At Forest Days, there's no need to fill your schedule with activities. Reading in a hammock, strolling among the trees, preparing a meal outdoors, or gazing at the stars are just some of the experiences that are part of your stay.

The accommodation also welcomes families with children aged four and over, always under adult supervision. It has suitable campsites for children and, during the summer, offers the option of adding a Satèl·lit tent, a small additional shelter designed for younger guests.

A minimum stay of two nights is usually required, although this may vary depending on the season and the campsite. Reservations are managed through the official website, and pets are not allowed.

Forest Days is an invitation to rediscover the joy of camping, listening to the sounds of the forest, and enjoying time at a leisurely pace. It's a getaway to Solsonès to reconnect with nature and experience, even if just for a few days, the spirit of a true explorer.
