In the center of the town of Puigverd de Lleida stands the Town Hall building, a beautiful stone construction that is part of the urban complex of the Plaza Mayor, where the church of Sant Pere is also located. The municipality is characterized by the landscape of fruit-bearing fields, but in one part of the term, which forms part of the Protected Natural Area of Mas de Melons, it is of the steppe type.
