L'Estartit puts the value of this product on display at a weekend dedicated to this product, with activities for the whole family!
Over the weekend, visitors can enjoy activities for all ages: family workshops, concerts, guided tours, and a procession of big-headed people, among other activities. In addition, several restaurants in the municipality offer special menus featuring the sirloin as part of the Sirloin Gastronomic Days, which run until June.
The sonso is a small blue fish highly appreciated in Catalan gastronomy, especially on the Costa Brava and in the Maresme, highly valued for its texture and delicate flavor.
