Cave Festival in Benifallet

Benifallet celebrates the Cave Festival once again!

The festivities will begin with the preparation of traditional paellas, one of the most anticipated activities. Participating groups can gather to cook and share a morning of cooking, laughter, and camaraderie. The City Council provides the ingredients, making the experience even more accessible and participatory.

One of the most significant moments of the day will be the mass at Les Cuevas, an event in honor of the Virgin of Arriba that keeps alive the most traditional and symbolic aspect of the celebration. The space, steeped in history and meaning, becomes a meeting point and a source of deep emotion each year.

Then comes vermouth time, with beer, vermouth, and ham served—perfect for a relaxed moment before the main communal meal. The menu includes a rice dish, a pastry, a toasted treat, water, and wine, making lunch a true gastronomic celebration.

In the afternoon, the celebration will continue with dancing and live music with the Prisma orchestra, which will bring rhythm and joy to the end of the day and make the party last longer with a great atmosphere.

In addition, to facilitate attendance, there will be a free bus service from the Casal Municipal.

The Cave Festival is a perfect opportunity to enjoy tradition, nature and community in one of Benifallet's most beloved celebrations.
