Pairing: Harmony of cavas and healthy gourmet appetizers

The Fassina Winery in Can Guineu offers an exceptional gastronomic experience that fuses creative and healthy haute cuisine with a selection of organic cavas chosen especially for the occasion.

Leave behind the myth of bland and boring vegan cuisine. We propose a cava tasting with tasty, balanced and healthy appetizers that will captivate you!

You will discover that you can enjoy healthy food with the help of two healthy cooking enthusiasts, Imma and Olga, creators of Kezu Premium & Vegetal. During the tasting, they will explain how they handcraft the appetizers, the origin of the products, the nutrients, and share their knowledge about good nutrition.

The pairing includes the tasting of four cavas presented by Vins El Cep, producers of unique, high-quality wines and cavas and pioneers in organic and biodynamic viticulture, accompanied by four appetizer creations based on plants, without products of animal origin:

• Date stuffed with almonds with cumin and citrus, paired with Mim Natura Pinot Noir.
• Eggplant caviar toast, accompanied by Mim Natura Blanc de Noirs.
• Sweet potato hummus volcano with tiger's milk and smoked chickpeas, paired with Clos Gelida 4 Heredados.
• Arugula casserole with caramelized onion pearl, and Claror tasting.
