Torrebesses for the 3cat Marathon

Torrebesses gets involved with La Marató with a weekend full of humor and charity activities!

The municipality of Torrebesses is once again demonstrating its social commitment with a special program to benefit La Marató de 3Cat, which will fill the Sala del Casal with charitable activities, culture, and community events from December 8th to 14th. A series of events designed for all ages aims to raise funds for cancer research and awareness.

The program kicks off on Monday, December 8th at 6 pm with the comedy show “Currídicum Vitae,” performed by Ferran Aixalà and Jordi Huete. This fresh and entertaining theatrical offering promises guaranteed laughs and is perfect for enjoying with friends. Tickets are a symbolic €2 plus a voluntary donation, allowing everyone to contribute according to their means.

The initiative will continue on Sunday, December 14th, with an afternoon full of family activities. Starting at 4:30 pm, the Casal will host an afternoon of board games and, simultaneously, a crafts workshop, where participants are asked to bring a glass jar to give it a creative second life. These are ideal activities for children and adults to share time, creativity, and smiles.

At dusk, at 6:00 pm, it will be time to recharge with a delicious chocolate cake, priced at €3, and at 6:30 pm one of the most anticipated moments will arrive: bingo, a classic activity that always livens up the atmosphere and encourages participation.

Organized by the Torrebesses Town Hall in collaboration with various local organizations, this charity weekend is an invitation to participate, share, and join forces for a good cause. In Torrebesses, every laugh, every game, and every contribution counts.
