RBF announces new international partners and confirms its 2026 tour in seven cities
RBF is embarking on a new phase of expansion with the addition of international partners and a revamped governance structure to accelerate its global reach. Furthermore, it has confirmed its 8th tour with seven cities already booked in Spain, reaffirming its position as the major urban music event of next summer.
Reggaeton Beach Festival (RBF), Europe's largest reggaeton festival, announces the start of a new phase of international growth driven by the addition of new strategic partners and a strengthened governance model. At the same time, the festival confirms the eighth edition of its tour, which will visit seven Spanish cities in 2026.
This new phase includes the incorporation of Cerruti Capital 1881, an investment fund based in Dubai, and VANQUISH Sports & Media Group, an international conglomerate specializing in the development and scaling of cultural platforms, entertainment brands, global activations, and advanced monetization strategies.
The operation defines a new leadership and control structure aimed at transforming Reggaeton Beach Festival from a leading European festival into a global entertainment platform. The project will integrate live events, strategic brand partnerships, content, intellectual property, and community-driven experiences across various international markets. In this process, Vanquish will play a key role in internationalization, diversifying business lines, and building a robust global brand architecture.
Within this new governance framework, Mattia Loetscher has been appointed Executive Chairman, while Andrés Tortarolo assumes the role of CEO, contributing strategic vision, international execution capabilities and operational continuity alongside the founding team.

"Reggaeton has ceased to be just a musical genre, becoming one of the most influential cultural expressions globally and a key vehicle for brands seeking to authentically connect with international audiences, especially millennials and Generation Z. Our purpose is to transform RBF into a platform capable of channeling that cultural energy into scalable, relevant, and sustainable value propositions for artists, brands, and the public," stated Andrés Tortarolo, the new CEO of Reggaeton Beach Festival.
For his part, Iván Sanahuja, COO and founding partner, emphasized: "This is not a sale, but a construction project. RBF is beginning a new phase marked by scale, professionalization, and international ambition, supported by strategic partners aligned with our vision."
The transaction has been structured in stages within a long-term value creation plan, so the parties have decided not to make the financial figures public.
The strategic roadmap for this phase includes: international expansion through a mixed model of licensing and own operations; strengthening the global ecosystem of sponsors and brand alliances; developing digital assets, content formats and intellectual property; and professionalizing governance, data management, monetization and operational processes.
With this new structure, Reggaeton Beach Festival is positioning itself to consolidate as one of the main global platforms for reggaeton and urban culture, connecting music, entertainment, brands and community on an international scale.
RBF Tour 2026: Seven cities confirmed
