The church of Setcases, dedicated to San Miguel Arcángel, dates from the end of the 17th century. Now, a fire in 1728 sank the roof and the primitive turn (of wood), and destroyed the cover. Its reconstruction was finished in 1729, it would therefore be a building that, after the Gothic period, still retains the constructive formulas such as the warheads or nerves of support of the turns.

Setcases was born more than 1,000 years ago in a high valley of the Pyrenees, next to the first sections of the Ter River, at 1,278 m altitude. Since ancient times, the riches of its surroundings have been visited by mountain and nature lovers.

• Viewpoint of the Collet de Xuriguera: located next to the pot hole from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the Carlat Valley.
• Mirador de la Baidana: Located on the forest track that connects Setcases with Espinavell, about 6 km from Setcases, and from which, you can see a large part of the municipality of Setcases, as well as most of the most important peaks.
• The Balcony and Viewpoint of the Costa Brava: Located at elevation 2,535? Ma before Las Marmotas Cafeteria, where you can climb the tracks on foot or with the same Chair Lift that will leave you together.
