Serra de Daró
Serra de Daró forms part of the Baix Empordà region, province of Girona. The municipal term has an extension of 8 km 2 and 15 meters of altitude.
The boundaries of the municipality are to the north with Verges and the Tallada d'Empordà, to the east with Fontanilles and Ullastret, to the south with Ullastret and to the west with Parlavà, Ultramort and Ullastret. It has added the nucleus of Sant Iscle de Empordà.
The first inhabitants of the lands of Serra de Daró were the Iberians followed by the Romans. Serra de Daró was already documented in 1017 with the name of Serra.

Castle of Sant Iscle d'Empordà: Remains of the construction of the old castle of Sant Iscle, a cylindrical tower is preserved.
