Rabós is part of the Alt Empordà region, province of Gerona. The municipal term has an extension of 45 km2 and the town is 106 m. of altitude.
The limits of the municipal term are to the north with Espolla and Colera, to the east with Vilamaniscle and Garriguella, to the south with Peralada and to the west with Mollet de Peralada and Espolla. It has added the core of Delphia.
