Oristà
Oristà - The Tower of Oristà is a municipality in the county of Osona, located in the southern part of Lluçanès, has an area of 68.88 km2. The highest point is San Salvador de Serradellops at 800m and the lowest is the creek Gavarresa 450m. It borders the municipalities of Prats de Lluçanès and Olost, to the north of San Bartolomé and Muntanyola, east of Santa Maria d'Olo to the south, and Sant Feliu Sasserra and Santa Maria de Merles, in the west.
The municipality has 3 Oristà population entities: Oristà, Tower Oristà and El Raval de Sant Feliu, neighborhood located very close to Sant Feliu Sasserra.
Its term is crossed from north to south through the Gavarresa stream that collects water from streams Lluçanès, the Bass and Segalers. The Museum of Ceramics in the Catalan Countries "Rocaguinarda" located within the village rectory Oristà, houses some 5,000 pieces of Catalan ceramics of all time.
