Ivorra
Ivorra is known, above all, for the miracle that occurred in the Santa Duda sanctuary while the priest Bernat Oliver was officiating mass (11th century). This fact attracted many pilgrims to the town and still today makes the municipality a place of interest for the faithful and the curious.
The small town, located to the right of the Torrent de Ivorra, a tributary of the River Llobregós, on a promontory, preserves the old medieval fence and the castle tower from the 10th century, a vestige of the domain of the Counts of Urgell.
The municipality has a few farmhouses scattered throughout the Ivorra Valley. The main wealth is based on the cultivation of cereals.
