Castellterçol
The beautiful old farmhouses and residential houses in Castellterçol give a distinguished air. With a large handicraft production, Castellterçol has retained the textile industry that emerged from the great eighteenth-century wool production, without quarreling with agriculture, livestock (cold meats) or production from the forest (canned mushrooms, truffles or honey). In recent years, nougats, almond bread, waffles and chocolate and natural products, much appreciated by visitors, have gained ground in the local economy.
