As part of the sales campaign, discount vouchers will once again be raffled off, which can be redeemed at participating stores, for a total value of €5,000, divided into 14 vouchers worth €250, 10 vouchers worth €100 and 10 vouchers worth €50. The ACB Retailers Association has also organised a raffle for a photo shoot, among all those who take part in the 'Christmas, shopping with the family!' initiative.
Another of the proposed actions is the XXSS photography contest with 3D Christmas lighting elements as protagonists, in which you can participate from November 30 to January 6. To do so, you will have to take a photo with one of the lighting elements and mention the associations ACB, Eix Urgell and Balaguer Histórico, as well as include the hashtag #llumsdenadalbalaguer, to enter the draw for 3 vouchers worth €100.
On December 14th at six in the Plaza del Pou, there will be a dance activity, led by IDansa Dance and Wellness Center, with hot chocolate courtesy of Pastisseria Graells.
On the other hand, from December 15 to January 2, the Christmas train will run through the main shopping streets, departing and arriving from the Plaza del Mercadal, except on December 25 and 26 and January 1, when it will not run.
Then, on December 21st at half past ten in the morning, the La Follia band will tour the shopping areas, and at eleven o'clock you can take part in the Christmas decoration workshop, led by Lo más sencillo. And in the afternoon, from six o'clock onwards, there will be a performance by the Coro Aire Flamenco in the Plaza del Pou, with a popular hot chocolate party courtesy of Pastisseria Palau.
On December 24th, from a quarter past ten to a quarter past two, there will be a performance by the group La Cremallera, who will be visiting the different shopping areas. And on the 28th in the afternoon, at six o'clock, Silvia Palazón will carry out the proposal 'Frosted stories and Christmas tales', with chocolate cake, courtesy of Pastisseria Graells.
Finally, on January 4th at six in the Plaza del Pou, there will be 'The Castle of the Three Wise Men', by Albert Estengre.
Thus, the city's merchants' associations, in collaboration with the Paeria, have organised this whole series of proposals and activities, with the aim of promoting local commerce and encouraging citizens to discover everything that Balaguer's establishments can offer them.
