Ansalonga
Ansalonga is a population center of the Principality of Andorra located in the parish of Ordino, at an altitude of 1,309 m. It is located to the left of the Ordino riverbank, between Sornás and La Cortinada.
A scant kilometer further up the road, opened in 1944, to El Serrat and later extended. Both small hamlets, of old houses with wooden balconies, saw the birth of groups of new chalets around the end of the last century (Ansalonga is the Insolalonga of 1176).
In this place is the church of San Miguel de Ansalonga, a small chapel with a belfry bell tower and an altarpiece dedicated to San Miguel Arcángel.
