Located on the southwestern slope of Puig d'en Cama, Almoster extends at the foot of this hill, one of the first buttresses of the Prades mountains. The municipal area combines the flat areas of the south with the rugged terrain of the north. Surrounded by fields of hazel, olive and carob trees, as well as forests and streams, Almoster maintains its character as a town despite its proximity to large population centers such as Reus.
