Xató is a variant of romesco sauce based on ñora. In addition to this type of pepper, it also has toasted bread, toasted almonds and hazelnuts, garlic, oil and salt. It must be added that the preparation varies depending on the population where it is carried out. This preparation was prepared in wine-growing areas and hence its name.
